Chapter 17.136 ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT
17.136.010 Application.
All permits, certificates and stop orders required by this
resolution shall be issued by the County Zoning Administrator, who shall be the
administrative and enforcing officer of the provisions of this resolution, and he
or she shall have the authority to make all decisions and investigations
necessary to properly carry out the provisions of this resolution. The County
Zoning Administrator shall determine whether a use is similar to those uses
listed, unless his or her decision be reversed by the Planning Commission. No
required permit, certificate or order shall be issued by him or her if in his or
her judgment the requirements of this resolution have not been met. No oversight
or dereliction on part of the County Zoning Administrator or his or her
authorized assistants or on the part of any official or employee of the County
shall legalize or authorize the violation of any of the provisions of this
resolution.
