UTILIZATION OF MUNICIPAL AND INDUSTRIAL WATER PROJECTS
17.172.020 Authority.
These Regulations are adopted pursuant to §§24-65.1-101,
et seq., 7 C.R.S. (2004) (“HB 1041”), and §§29-20-101, et
seq., 9 C.R.S. (2004) (“HB 1034”), and pursuant to other applicable land
use and regulatory powers of Pueblo County.
